1. Sticker : They are normal rectangle shaped – premium & waterproof glossy stickers.
2. Sticker (Figure Die Cut) : They are cut in the shape of the figure – premium & waterproof glossy stickers.
3. Holographic Sticker : They are normal rectangle shaped – Holographic, premium & not waterproof.
4. Holographic Sticker (Figure Die Cut) : They are cut in the shape of the figure – Holographic, premium & not waterproof.
#1 and #2 above can also be used as car decals because they are 100% waterproof and UV resistant.
Figure Die Cut stickers and holographic stickers are stickers of anime character cut out in the shape & outline of their bodies. Any background, text or watermark will not be present on final product. If you need to see the final product first, please contact us.
We sell very high quality, larger sized stickers. Their general size of all 4 types of stickers is 4.625 x 6.75 inches but that is only a rough estimate. Exact size of final stickers will depend on each individual image. If you need to know exact size of a particular sticker, please contact us.
If you use coupon code SMALLERSIZE, you will get a smaller size sticker and $3 discount. For example, if price is $8 and you put in coupon code SMALLERSIZE, price of your sticker will calculate to $5. But remember, you will get a smaller size sticker. General size for smaller sticker is 3.375 x 4.625 inches but it will depend on images you choose.
Same for larger size but there is no coupon code. Contact us through Support to setup custom order. It will be $3 more to whatever the price is. For example, if you buy sticker at $8, then final price will be $11. General size for larger sticker is 8 x10 inches but it will depend on images you choose.

Once your order is shipped, general time for shipping is 1 – 5 business days. Your shipping times may vary depending on your location. We generally ship USPS unless you specify otherwise that you want to pay for FedEX, DHL or UPS Shipping. If you are outside of U.S., shipping times will depend on your country.
*Expedited Processing Fee: If you need it out next business day, there is an extra fee $15 USD for expediated processing of your order. So long as the order has not entered our warehouse to be fulfilled you are able to cancel your order from your account’s order overview! A refund will be set up automatically to go back to the original payment source. Please allow for 2-7 business days to process.

Dang. That’s a bummer! Fortunately it won’t hold back your order. It will be removed from your order and a partial refund will automatically be set up to go back to you. If you paid using a credit/debit card, you will not be charged for the item (remember, if you use a credit/debit card, we don’t charge you until your order is ready to ship out).
Pending fulfillment or shipping means that your order is waiting to be fulfilled! This is our standard status and all orders will generally take this status until they are shipped out. Pending approval means we may need to look at your order on our end of things. Don’t worry! This doesn’t mean anything bad is happening, it can happen for a large variety of reasons. Once we have been able to push it through it will then switch to pending fulfillment!
If you are adding more items, please place a new order. After you placed new order, open a new ticket in Your Account and we will combine the items for shipment. There is also a notes section to write your request (when you place your order). You will only be charged one shipping fee for your combined orders. If you were charged more than one shipping fee, you will be promptly be refunded for the additional shipping fees.

It is possible that there was an issue you with your payment method, you would have been sent an automated email informing you how to proceed. Products are Sort by Random. Sort by Random can have repeat images on page.
So if you change to Sort by Random to Sort by Popularity, by latest, by price or by name, you will see all images that the category anime title has to offer.
This will give you more images to look at and no repeated images.
You can also click on Tags to see group of images by tags.

Credit Cards accepted at AnimeHentaiShop.com are Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and JCB. Credit cards are billed when the order is shipped, however an authorization (not a charge) will be performed for a minor amount after the order is placed to confirm the card is valid.
If using a prepaid card, please make certain you have at least $2 more than your order total to allow for the minimum authorization.

For U.S. shipping, we currently offer USPS with tracking number and USPS without tracking number. They both ship via USPS First Class Mail, one with tracking number and one without. You will see these two options when you checkout.
Please Note: USPS without tracking number means your order was shipped with a stamp so there is no tracking number included. Please do not contact us asking for the tracking number or expect a tracking number to be included if you choose this option. This is a popular option for stickers when customers don’t want to pay full price for shipping but still want to get reliable shipping. FYI our orders on Mercari go out this way and have proven reliable over 700+ sales there. If you need a tracking number, do not choose this option.
We can also ship USPS Priority, FedEX or UPS. Please contact us with your order number or before you order so we can give you new estimate on shipping.
All international shipments and orders over $25 include a tracking number for shipment.
If you are a domestic customer (U.S) and your order is over $25, USPS shipping with tracking number included is FREE. A FREE Shipping option will appear when you checkout.
If you are a Canadian customer and your order is over $100 (USD), shipping is free.

If you are one of those few unique individuals who select shipping option USPS with No tracking number and ask or expect a tracking number, then we may require all future orders you have with us to have the shipping with a tracking number only.
At AnimeHentaiShop.com we utilize fraud scoring software in order to verify customer orders. The billing address on your order must match your credit card billing address. If software indicates there is a suspicion of fraud, your order may be held for review, or rejected entirely. We reserve the right to decline to ship orders should our fraud scoring indicate potential fraud.
Orders shipping to Canada will be shipped by Canada Post or Federal Express (FedEx). For FedEX. note a surcharge will appear on all Canadian orders. This surcharge covers all taxes, duties, customs and processing fees. Previously these fees were collected by Canada Post and were accompanied by a COD charge to collect them. By moving to pre-collection, the fees will be the same but this collection charge is no longer necessary – so you save on every order with us! Delivery time to Canada after your order completes should be 5-7 business days, excluding holidays.
Canada orders are generally held until all items in the order are in-stock in our warehouse. However, should your order be held up by one or two items for an extended period, we will, at our option and at no additional expense to you, ship all items that are currently available on that order and any other current order to minimize your wait for the products.
Please note that FedEx shipping requires a valid physical shipping address. We can not ship FedEx to PO Boxes. Please visit https://www.fedex.com/ca_english/signaturerelease/ to fill out delivery instructions in case you are unavailable to sign for the package.

Due to changes in UK tax requirements, AnimeHentaiShop as the exporter is required to collect UK Duty and VAT on all sales to UK customers at the point of sale. As a positive, this means the product will be delivered tax and duty pre-paid to your door without COD collection. In addition, many smaller orders may no longer be subject to VAT.

When you place an order a duty/tax/fees deposit amount will be calculated. Please note that this amount will include a small payment handling fee. International orders are held until all of the items in the order are in-stock in our warehouse. In situations when an international order has been held up by one or two items for several months, we will, at our option, ship the items that are currently available on that order and any other current orders to the customer without a partial shipping fee. Items will ship in the same box, to minimize customs charges.
Shipping companies may charge a fee for delivering your package to a foreign country. Such fees, taxes, and customs duties are not included in our shipping price, and are your responsibility. We will not be responsible for seized shipments, and cannot provide refunds for seized products. If you contact us the same day that the package was marked as delivered, at our discretion we may ask you to wait 5 business days. Carriers (FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) sometimes prematurely mark the package as delivered when it’s still in transit.
Order issues for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

We ship only collector grade products, at order processing if we find your items were not collector quality, we will order new ones and then will ship your order promptly and using priority shipping when the product arrives.
